After almost 18 months of planning, the renovation has started at Chef Luciano and Gourmet Chicken. The first day saw the safety canopy go up and demolition start with the removal of the old signs. As you can see, we are open for business and welcome you to visit us or call for delivery this week.

However, starting this Sunday, July 18th, we will close for approximately two weeks to really go gung-ho on the work and get everything finished. We are planning on re-opening on Tuesday August 3rd with some killer grand re-opening specials coming up later this summer.

YES !! I live in MOTOR ROW LOFTS and although the food is great, the environment does not give me an opportunity to bring friends/family and the new seating area will now allow us to that. Also, I was glad too hear that the facade will be upgraded, yet stay true to its 1920′s roots; however, the restaurant really needs a more MODERN sign as this area will ‘eventually’ become high-end. Looking forward to re-grand opening !
Thanks for the comments! New exterior signs are part of the project – however they won’t be done during the closing but more likely near the middle of August. Keep an eye out for them!
